My own mother, no longer here, was able to hold one of these dear creatures upon visiting my brother in New Zeland with a trip to Australia. Wonderful! Matilda is a wonderful name.
I went to Magnetic Island, in North Queensland, about 6 hours from here, Canberra, but there was no direct flight, so I had another flight to Sydney first before going there. It was a great experience. Blessings to you, Carolyn,
